Dave Barber Realty offers the services of a large firm but gives the warm personal touch of a growing Valley company. As a client, you will start and finish the buying process with the same agent and won't be passed off to a closing agent, transaction coordinator or assistant. We do not unlicensed assistants to handle the transaction after the contract is written.

HISTORY OF DAVE BARBER REALTY

Dave Barber, Designated Broker, received his real estate license in 1991. He promptly began his career under the mentor-ship of prominent Valley broker Mack Kelso. Upon the closing of Mack Kelso and Associates in 1995, Dave founded his own company with the belief that there wouldn't be another firm in the Valley of the Sun that held fast to his strong customer service philosophy. With over twenty-five years in operation, DBRI has grown to employ nine agents who have sold properties all over the state of Arizona. Dave's personal desire to serve others translates to his philosophy in customer service.

All of Dave Barber Realty's agents have an impressive sales record and each bring a unique skill they can offer their clients. They are highly diversified individuals whose life achievement goes far beyond the realm of real estate. All DBRI agents are licensed to practice real estate in the state of Arizona and hold various other designations pertaining to real estate expertise. In order to provide our customers with centralized sales coverage across the Valley, our agents strategically live and work in their general sales area. ASSOCIATIONS

Dave Barber Realty (and all company agents) is a member of the Phoenix Association of Realtors®, the Arizona Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®. Dave Barber is also a member of the Central Arizona Board of Realtors giving him access to the central Arizona mountain properties. All of our agents participate in MLS and several hold designations accredited by the National Associations of Realtors. To keep up with the latest laws and ethics practices, all DBRI agents are required to complete a minimum of 24 hours of continuing education every two years.
