Dave received his real estate license in 1991. He promptly began his career under the mentor-ship of prominent Valley broker Mack Kelso. Upon the closing of Mack Kelso and Associates in 1995, Dave founded his own company with the belief that there wouldn't be another firm in Arizona that held fast to his strong customer service philosophy. With over twenty six years in operation, DBRI has grown to employ agents who have sold properties all over the state of Arizona. Dave's personal desire to serve others translates to his philosophy in customer service.

Stephanie is a second-generation Arizona native who grew up enjoying the sunshine, tolerating the summers, and watching the local business scene grow and thrive. She now loves raising her family in this opportunity-filled state. Inspired by her father’s honest, sincere, and relational approach to real estate, Stephanie strives to serve her clients the same way. With a background in Visual Communications and a passion for people, she guides clients through the home buying and selling process by looking beyond walls, contracts, and numbers to the heart of their needs, plans, and dreams. Stephanie lives in Phoenix with her husband and twin boys.
